Our Junior Operating Partners enjoy a 5-part compensation package (based on a 50 hour work week):

• Annual earnings of $51,480-$52,910 in hourly wage
• Daily cash tip share (Earn an additional $3,200-$7,800)
• Operating partner bonus (Earn an additional $1,560-$4,680 annually)
• Training program designed to increase your income potential while providing opportunity to grow into new positions
• Paid health insurance (we pay a portion of the health insurance premium)
