Job summary

WebFX is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer for the Nutshell product team. The role focuses on creating web graphics, ads, and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite. A portfolio showing web design and UX work is essential, along with a strong eye for typography and layout.

This entry-level position offers training on core platforms, with opportunities to grow into more senior design roles. Flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic/web design, UX or related field with GPA above 3.4.
• Portfolio showcasing web design/UX work with strong style.
• Solid understanding of typography, hierarchy and layout fundamentals.
• 0–2 years experience; internships or part-time work acceptable.
• Knowledgeable about responsive design best practices.
• HTML/CSS coding experience is a plus.
• Experience creating end-to-end UX processes including user journeys, task analysis, IA, wireframes, prototypes and evaluative research.
• SaaS product design experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging content marketing assets and digital materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with marketing to test and iterate designs for performance and brand consistency.
• Translate goals and feedback into high-quality creative solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to design system and UI pattern library for visual consistency.
