The role emphasizes .NET development using C# or VB.NET, with basic SQL skills, and learning within the Acumatica ERP platform. Prior Acumatica experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career developer with 0–3 years of software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
• Foundational experience with .NET development using C# or VB.NET; proficiency in both not required.
• Basic SQL knowledge including writing queries and understanding relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and basic software practices.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work through unfamiliar problems.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to organize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance business applications using C#.NET with guidance from senior team members.
• Help build new features and improve existing applications based on business and user needs.
• Investigate support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Write and modify SQL queries; assist with stored procedures, data troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Learn Acumatica and contribute to ERP enhancements, customizations, and support.
• Test and debug changes to ensure reliability and correct functionality.
• Communicate progress with colleagues and business users.
