Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Academic exposure to .NET development (VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET Core, or .NET Framework).
• Basic SQL knowledge (writing queries, joins).
• Foundational OOP concepts.
• Familiarity with layered architecture and separation of concerns.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and work with large codebases.
• Able to work collaboratively or independently and ask clarifying questions.
• U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DOE clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining features within large .NET applications.
• Work with VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+ or .NET Framework.
• Write and maintain basic SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with guidance from senior developers.
• Prepare and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate to understand requirements and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback.
• Support continual improvement initiatives within the team.
