Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking a Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst in McLean, VA to support national security partners. This is an entry-point role for cleared analysts to grow within the intelligence community, analyzing full motion video and imagery to produce timely intelligence products.

You will work onsite in a secure facility, receive structured mentorship, and have a clear path toward mid-level and senior positions as you build exploitation skills and gain experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Training or entry-level experience in imagery or GEOINT analysis.
• Familiarity with FMV exploitation and GIS tools.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication.
• Ability to work onsite in a secure facility.
• Willingness to learn new tools and analytic methods.

Responsibilities

• Review full motion video and imagery to detect activity of interest.
• Assist in producing geospatial intelligence reports and products.
• Log observations accurately and in real time during missions.
• Support target tracking and pattern of life analysis.
• Maintain GIS layers and analytic databases.
• Work with senior analysts to meet mission deadlines.
• Build skills through ongoing training and mentorship.
