Ocozzio in Augusta, GA seeks a Junior Motion Graphic Designer/Animator to create high‑quality 2D vector animations and typographic motion graphics for B2B healthcare clients. This role emphasizes After Effects, clean motion design, kinetic typography, and polished visual storytelling.

Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategists, Copywriters, and the Creative team to bring scripts and brand messaging to life through engaging animations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of motion graphics or animation experience, agency/marketing-friendly.
• Strong portfolio with 2D vector animation, kinetic typography, and motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects required.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop; Premiere Pro a plus.
• Excellent timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and animate 2D vector-based motion graphics in After Effects.
• Collaborate with account managers and creative team to translate scripts into animation.
• Deliver polished animations with strong timing, transitions, and typography.
• Incorporate Illustrator assets into animation workflows.
• Prepare project files for efficient collaboration.
• Stay current with motion design trends and AI-assisted tools.
