You will work with project managers and senior engineers to design energy-efficient mechanical systems for complex buildings. The role emphasizes growth through focused training, professional development, and exposure to high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited four-year college or university.
• Certification as EI/EIT required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background checks/security screenings may be required by clients/Federal contracts.

Responsabilités

• Design mechanical systems to support building infrastructure with energy efficiency and reliability.
• Select HVAC systems for building applications and plan new equipment or retrofits.
• Design plumbing and sprinkler fire protection systems and perform calculations.
• Survey existing site conditions and plan work; conduct construction observations.
• Apply local and national building codes including mechanical, plumbing, fire, and fuel-gas codes.
• May travel for client meetings and field surveys; participate in seminars and training to stay current.
