The Junior Marketing Designer role is a unique opportunity to design both print and digital marketing assets across our bestselling and award-winning Adult and Children's publishing lists, as well as materials for festivals and conventions. The ideal candidate will have a base knowledge of marketing design with some real-world experience. You're a self-starter who’s unafraid to jump in and take initiative, and you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. You're energized by the opportunity to develop competitive marketing designs and maintain the look of existing branded campaigns. You have excellent communication skills and are engaged with the analytics of campaigns to improve conversion. This position is a union role represented by UAW Local 2110 and is subject to the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This position is in New York, NY, and follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence three days per week.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
