Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support the Northern California region. This role focuses on planning, executing, and reporting brand and dealership events, working with multiple luxury brands and the regional team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate enjoys experiential marketing, event planning, and activations, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury automotive retailer marketing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination of dealership and brand events including vehicle launches, client experiences, test drive events, rallies, sponsored events, and internal team activations.
• Support all event logistics including venue coordination, vendor communication, menu planning, guest list management, and event timelines.
• Coordinate event materials including signage, printed collateral, branded items, and event supplies.
• Assist with RSVP management, guest tracking, and registration processes for events.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure vehicles, display areas, and event layouts are properly prepared.
• Support off-site vehicle displays and sponsored events, including logistics, signage, and coordination with event organizers.
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, event flow management, and breakdown.
• Travel weekly throughout our bay area locations (Silicon Valley to Marin County).
• Assist with tracking event budgets and vendor invoices to ensure alignment with marketing budgets.
• Help coordinate photography and videography coverage for events.
• Compile post-event recaps and performance reports, including attendance, engagement, photos, and KPIs.
• Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and ownership experiences through events.
• Maintain organized documentation of event plans, contracts, and recaps.
• Communicate event timelines and logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintaining relationships with all store management to ensure success from all aspects of the role.
• Concierge clients through booking experiences and at times being the on-site contact.
• Reports to the Experiential Marketing Manager for indiGO Auto Group.

What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support the Northern California region. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about experiential marketing, event planning, and brand activations.

The Junior Marketing Coordinator will focus primarily on assisting with the planning, execution, and post-event recap and reporting of brand and dealership events. This role will support multiple luxury automotive brands and work closely with the regional team to deliver exceptional client experiences through events and activations.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:
