Nexxaworks is seeking a dynamic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Cincinnati. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will assist in research and analytics to drive strategic decisions and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate and schedule marketing activities, events, promotions and advertising initiatives.
• Support creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and social media content.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
