Job summary

Crown Legacy is seeking an entry-level Junior Marketing Associate in Milwaukee, WI. You will support campaigns, planning events, and assist the sales team with marketing content—no direct experience required beyond a student mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities include strengthening client relationships, planning and executing campaigns, tracking results, and generating new customer acquisitions through face-to-face engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Plan and execute campaigns and events
• Track, analyze, and report the success of those campaigns and events
