• 0-3 years of experience in marketing, retail, customer service, or campus organizations (no prior direct experience required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions, adapt quickly, and remain enthusiastic in fast-paced environments.
• High level of dependability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-first mindset and a strong interest in building a career in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day execution at live marketing activations, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Shadow team leads to master core brand messaging and effectively share product solutions with prospective customers.
• Help setup, organize, and breakdown promotional materials, displays, and on-site event equipment.
• Log daily customer interactions, gather campaign feedback, and track basic engagement metrics for team reports.
• Stay up-to-date on client product features, ongoing promotions, and marketing guidelines.
