Altus Technology Solutions is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing process engineering activities at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). This position supports engineering and manufacturing operations associated with energetic materials production, process improvement initiatives, manufacturing optimization efforts, and facility modernization activities supporting national defense programs. The successful candidate will assist with process analysis, manufacturing system improvements, technical documentation, and production support efforts within complex manufacturing environments.

The Junior Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, safety, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
