Grease-Monkey is seeking entry-level Lube Technicians who want to learn and grow with our team. You will be trained in our method for service acceleration and career development while delivering safe, quality work.

You will perform general vehicle maintenance tasks (filters, bulbs, wipers, fluids, batteries), wash windshields, check tire pressure, and assist with shop upkeep and time records. This role emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Driver's License is required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; basic math skills needed.
• Able to safely use mechanical tools and learn new procedures.
• Demonstrate self-accountability, teamwork and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning, including mopping and restrooms.
• Carry out basic vehicle maintenance tasks per established procedures.
• Check and replace air and cabin filters, bulbs, and wipers as needed.
• Check under-hood fluid levels and battery condition; service where required.
• Maintain accurate time records and follow grooming standards.
