Job summary

Grease-Monkey in Allen, TX is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician who will learn to perform basic vehicle maintenance and service tasks safely and efficiently on customers' vehicles. You will be trained in our standard methods and growth pathways while maintaining excellent service and technical skills.

We are hiring entry-level to skilled technicians eager to learn and grow, with team collaboration, uniform provision, and a respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; ability to perform basic math.
• Safety-conscious and able to learn to use mechanical tools without damaging vehicles.
• Willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and take responsibility for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic lubrication and preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain center cleanliness and assist with shop maintenance.
• Complete required training and attend team meetings as scheduled.
• Accurately record time and follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
