Job summary

Distinct, a national civil litigation defense firm, is seeking a junior attorney for California with remote and hybrid flexibility. You will take depositions, manage discovery, appear at hearings, and advise clients on strategy.

The firm offers in-house training and opportunities to work with ABOTA trial attorneys. A JD with some case-shaping experience and California Bar admission is required; strong analytical and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications
