Job summary

Upcoresolutions is seeking a junior litigation associate to join our Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, be bar admitted or pending (VA waive-in path), and have 1–3 years of litigation experience.

You will conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; communicate with clients and opposing counsel; attend hearings and depositions; and assist senior attorneys with case strategy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission or pending (VA waive-in path).
• 1-3 years litigation experience (class of 2023-2025).
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Alexandria, VA (DC metro area).
• Federal clerkship (district or circuit court).
