Responsibilities
Support design and project management for Landscape Construction.
Provide weekly reports to the Senior Landscape Designer.
Conduct site evaluations and prepare graphic representations.
Assist in managing site plans and reviewing projects on-site.
Select and arrange plants for design.
Prepare presentations and specifications for client meetings.
Analyze site conditions for landscaping plans.
Assist in developing marketing materials and proposals.
Inspect landscape work for compliance with specifications.
Review construction documents and create accurate estimates.
Communicate with architects, designers, and builders.
Maintain up-to-date construction plans.
Request and review subcontractor quotes.
Communicate with Purchasing on materials costing.
Delegate tasks to the landscape construction office team.
Create Landscape Management Reports and site meeting minutes.
Maintain 'as-builts' for projects.
Verify contract specifications are met.
Manage the punch list process.
