Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
• Experience with or troubleshooting integrations between JDE and third‑party platforms is a plus.
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne upgrades/migrations.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate issues, risks, recommendations, and progress to business partners, end users, and team members.
• Demonstrate integrity and accountability, exercise sound judgment, and advocate for doing the right thing.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and validations, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage support tickets and enhancement requests with timely updates.
• Develop and support interfaces between EnterpriseOne and other applications.
• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing.
