Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required with 2 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Security+ and a Microsoft certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve customer IS problems.
• Perform hardware upgrades and repairs to maintain mission capability.
• Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and server hardware/software for network operation.
• Install, optimize, and troubleshoot LAN/BAN with IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs and NAT.
