Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking to add a junior associate to its IP litigation practice in its Silicon Valley office. The practice represents a broad range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to mid-sized businesses and startups, in IP and technology disputes across the U.S. and internationally. The team has a strong track record of trial and appellate wins in federal and state courts, international arbitrations, and proceedings before the ITC, along with deep experience in strategic licensing and settlement negotiations.

The ideal candidate would have:

• At least 1 full year of patent litigation experience
• A bachelor’s or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field of study
• JD from a T-20 law school of top 25% of a T-50 law school
