Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking an Associate Analyst I to support investment research across fixed income, multi-asset, and alternative strategies. You will partner with experienced analysts to evaluate investments, prepare analytical materials, and help drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or related area.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support analysts in researching, evaluating, and monitoring investment strategies and portfolio solutions
• Prepare materials for meetings and calls, including research summaries, recommendations, and analysis
• Conduct performance and attribution analysis to support investment evaluations
• Utilize tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and internal systems to gather, analyze, and maintain data
• Provide timely insights and updates on performance and market developments to stakeholders
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely, tailoring messaging to different audiences
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to discussions, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
