Job summary

University of Cincinnati is seeking an interior designer/project coordinator to assist in developing and presenting interior design solutions and project management support. The role involves space planning, CAD drafting, furniture selections and communications across departments.

The candidate will coordinate with university leaders, architects, and vendors, support capital projects, and help manage budgets and FF&E lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture required.
• 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent training accepted.
• NCIDQ certification considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects from initiation through closeout, including planning and cost control.
• Assist space planning, CAD drafting, furniture selection and design presentations.
• Coordinate with university leadership, consultants, architects and vendors.
• Support interior design scope on major capital projects per university standards.
• Help manage budgets, FF&E planning and lifecycle maintenance.
