Qualifications

• Junior interior designer or recent interior design graduate
• Experience with interior design concepts and client presentations is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Artemest Galleria to ensure a polished, luxury visitor experience
• Assist with gallery maintenance, organization, and sample room management, ensuring displays meet brand standards
• Welcome private clients, interior designers, architects, and trade partners with guidance on Artemest’s collections and services
• Assist gallery exhibitions, installations, and events as needed
• Develop interior design and FF&E packages for private clients, including mood boards and layouts
• Support FF&E selections and presentations for trade clients, including designers and architects
• Coordinate samples, quotations, lead times, and bespoke requests with Artemest headquarters in Milan
• Assist with basic site visits and measurements to support design accuracy and installation readiness
• Support project coordination from early design stages through order confirmation, delivery, and installation
• Maintain client data in CRM and support relationships with private clients, interior designers, architects, and trade partners
