Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in software development, computer science, or technical engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Apply computer science disciplines, including software engineering, algorithms, distributed systems, cloud computing, full-stack development, DevSecOps, and database management.
• Design, develop, test, and implement innovative technical solutions that meet JIOC mission requirements.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows and data processing pipelines.
• Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance analytic efficiency.
• Integrate new technologies into existing JIOC architectures while ensuring security and performance.
• Produce technical documentation and provide subject-matter expertise during development efforts.

Skills

Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C++, or similar)

Experience with modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)

Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices

Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL database systems

Familiarity with cloud computing architectures and containerized environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with version control systems such as Git

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
