Job summary

A3 Missions in Springfield, VA seeks a Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst to support live counterterrorism operations with real-time intelligence analyses. You will develop FMV and GEOINT skills, produce intelligence products, and contribute to a high-performing team in a 24/7 mission environment.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and relevant intelligence experience or a related degree. Training follows entry, on-the-job development, and a fast-paced, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance.
• U.S. citizen is required.
• Three or more years of intelligence experience OR a Bachelor's/Master's in a related field.
• Formal Intelligence school, typically over two months, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from ANY intelligence discipline.
• Basic typing proficiency (32 WPM at 90% accuracy).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work in a team and show leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Acquire FMV skills through formal training followed by on-the-job development
• Provide real-time FMV exploitation of live ISR feeds supporting time-sensitive counterterrorism operations
• Conduct target analysis, research, and intelligence assessments to address information requirements
• Produce standard and non-standard intelligence products
• Contribute to a high-performing team while developing advanced FMV and GEOINT analytic skills
• Operate in a 24/7 mission environment on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (days/nights, weekends, holidays), supporting continuous global operations
