Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field inspector to conduct inspections and tests of petroleum products, measure temperatures in shore tanks, and perform field calculations in line with API standards. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, sampling, and timely reporting to management.

The candidate should have strong math skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and with a team in outdoor environments, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and maintaining high quality control

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes in petroleum operations.
• Strong math comprehension skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent walking, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Collaborate with the inspector trainer to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
