Job summary

The Manheim Central School District Athletic Department is seeking a Junior High Assistant Track and Field Coach (Second Assistant) for the Middle School for the 2026-2027 season. This on-site role supports the Head Coach in developing track and field skills and techniques.

The ideal candidate has prior participation and coaching experience, especially with Middle School athletes, and demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational abilities to foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School/Trade School degree preferred.
• Coaching experience and work with Middle School student-athletes preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Junior High coach with teaching various skills and techniques.
• Support Middle School student-athletes and ensure safety and sportsmanship.
• Collaborate with coaching staff for practices and competitions.
