Spring Education Group's Paragon Prep is seeking a dedicated Middle School English Teacher to guide students through literature, composition, and language arts. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, build a respectful, rigorous classroom, and support students' reading, writing, and critical thinking.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, prefers a degree in Education or English, and has at least three years of teaching experience in middle school English Language Arts.

As a Middle School English Teacher at Paragon Prep, you will prepare and implement an engaging instructional program that helps students become thoughtful readers, effective writers, articulate communicators, and confident critical thinkers. This role is ideal for a committed educator who can create a classroom environment built on curiosity, structure, respectful discussion, and meaningful academic challenge.
You will guide students through the study of literature, informational texts, composition, grammar, vocabulary, research, and oral communication. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, energetic, and passionate about helping middle school students analyze complex ideas, express themselves clearly, and develop a lasting appreciation for language and literature.
