Job summary

Ditch Witch West in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level technician/mechanic to service heavy equipment, perform troubleshooting, diagnose problems, and complete repairs under the guidance of senior technicians.

You’ll grow your skills through training, enjoy competitive pay and a strong benefits package, and have opportunities for advancement within the Pape’ Group. A Diesel Tech degree can substitute for experience, and a pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• One+ years of experience on heavy equipment, or a Diesel Tech Degree in lieu of experience.
• Self-starter and team player with willingness to learn.
• Experience working on various makes and models of heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• As an Entry-Level Technician/Mechanic, you will work on heavy equipment, troubleshooting, diagnosing problems and making repairs under senior technicians.
• You will be trained and mentored to grow your skills and knowledge as a Technician.
• Pre-employment drug test is required.
