RubyGlow in New York City is seeking a Junior Hairstylist who loves blowouts and delivering excellent client care. This in-person role focuses on professional styling, shampooing, and working with diverse hair types, with hands-on guidance and opportunities to grow within the team.

You will join a supportive salon environment that values a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic while gaining hands-on training and pathways to advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have Cosmetology License.

We are looking for a motivated, talented, and team-oriented Junior Hairstylist who has a strong passion and talent for blow-drying and hair styling.

We are looking for someone who is confident in

• professional blow-drying and styling
• shampooing and providing an excellent client experience
• Working with different hair types
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcome salon environment

We are offering

• starting pay at $18+ per hour, depending on experience and discussed during interview.
