Do you have a big smile, boundless energy, and a passion for helping young children grow in confidence? Our Junior Gymnastics Coaches bring imagination and joy to every class—teaching fundamental movement skills, building body awareness, and nurturing a love for active play in our youngest athletes (ages 9 months to 5 years).

If you love connecting with children, singing silly songs, and turning skill-building into fun early-stage gymnastic adventures, you’ll thrive in this role. No experience is needed – we will provide all the training and mentorship you need to succeed in our supportive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old
• No prior experience is required; however, experience working with children in instructional, athletic, or recreational settings is a plus
• Background as a student of gymnastics, cheer, dance, or another movement-based discipline is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification provided by the company

Work Schedule & Environment

• Must be available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
• Must be available for a consistent weekly schedule throughout the school year
• Classes are held in an indoor gym environment with frequent interaction with children and families

Physical Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate physical skills and actively engage with students
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, lifting, and moving equipment
• Must be able to spot athletes safely and provide physical assistance as needed
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. and work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
