Job summary

healthbay is seeking a Junior Graphics Designer on a full-time contract to create visual content, support marketing, and ensure brand alignment across digital and print materials.

You will collaborate with senior designers, manage multiple projects, and contribute to campaigns across websites, email, social media, and presentations; a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or related creative role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, revise work, and collaborate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals.
• Experience designing digital and print materials is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and other visual assets.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and visual compositions per project requirements.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital and print materials.
• Assist with photo editing, typography, color selection, and image manipulation.
• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and stakeholders on projects.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Prepare and organize final design files for digital, print, and marketing use.
• Maintain organized design libraries, templates, and project assets.
• Support multiple design projects while managing deadlines and priorities.
• Develop graphics for websites, emails, presentations, ads, and social media.
• Research current design trends and provide creative ideas.
• Ensure visual materials are accurate, professional, and on-brand.
• Coordinate with vendors or print providers when needed.
• Review final designs for quality, formatting, and consistency.
• Support senior designers with larger projects and production tasks.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and processes.
