IDT Corporation is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Product Design team. You will craft illustrations, icons, and motion assets, collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure assets fit seamlessly into product flows and visual language across NRS products.

The role emphasizes visual consistency, scalable assets, and production-ready files. You will work in a hybrid setting, with opportunities for growth, training, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional graphic design or related experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and digital work.
• Must have proficient Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects usage.
• Working knowledge of Figma for UI integration.
• Ability to create clean vector graphics, icons, and illustrations.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt assets to different screen sizes and platforms.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for digital products, including illustrations, icons, badges, banners, and onboarding visuals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure assets integrate smoothly into product flows.
• Expand and maintain consistent visual styles across products.
• Develop scalable icon sets and illustration libraries.
• Prepare assets for various screen densities, themes, and platforms.
• Create simple motion graphics and micro-animations as needed.
• Maintain organized source files and reusable components.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
• Work with developers to ensure assets are implemented correctly.
• Contribute to evolving the visual language across products.
