WGI seeks a Junior Graphic Designer with up to 3 years of experience to join the Creative/Marketing Division in the West Palm Beach, FL office. The role involves creating brochures, social media graphics, and PowerPoint presentations, using Adobe Creative Suite and Claude-powered automation.

You will collaborate with the Creative Services/Marketing team, stay current with design trends, and develop skills across print and digital formats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of graphic design experience.
• Associate degree in graphic design or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Produce brochures and collateral using templates and brand standards.
• Create social media graphics sized for each platform.
• Format and update PowerPoint presentations, including Claude-powered automation.
• Collaborate with Creative Services/Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Keep up with design trends and software updates.
• Review work through quality control before submission.
• Maintain organized project files and timelines.
• Build a strong design portfolio across print and digital.
