Five9 is seeking aJunior Graphic Designer to support the Brand and Creative team across digital and print deliverables. The role requires a creative mindset, strong organization, and attention to detail, with collaboration across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will design assets for web, social media, presentations, and event collateral, while ensuring brand consistency and producing print-ready files for vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience designing digital and print marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
• A well-rounded portfolio showcasing creative versatility and execution.
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing within a creative team.
• Aligns with and demonstrates the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling assets across a variety of channels, including web, social media, presentations, print materials, and event collateral (including booth and kiosk design)
• Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop campaign visuals that align with strategic goals and reinforce brand identity
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools (such as AI) to keep creative output fresh and relevant
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and uphold visual standards throughout every project
• Prepare print-ready files with precision and coordinate with external vendors to ensure flawless production
