Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Working knowledge of Figma and WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Execute design direction from the Art Director and own projects from concept to completion.
• Develop new concepts within established brand systems.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and web.
• Manage and organize design assets.
• Collaborate with Quoting Team on product designs across a range of items.
• Design internal communications and signage.
• Build pages for The Index in WordPress with imagery that fits each article.
• Understand Rogue equipment, users, and audience.
• Track competitors’ design and marketing campaigns.
