Job summary

maman is a French bakery, café and lifestyle brand with locations across North America. We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support marketing across digital, in-store, and events, bringing creative ideas from brief to production.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, on-brand visuals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to independently execute creative requests.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills and creative process.

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for in-store and digital needs based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Adapt creative assets across digital and print formats.
• Create promotional materials for in-store and partnership collaborations.
• Build email graphics using branded templates.
• Prepare files for production and print.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and maman's internal teams on initiatives, promotions and brand activations.
• Maintain consistency across maman's visual identity and customer touchpoints in stores.
