Overview

A Graphic Designer at Beyond Studios would be responsible for supporting the lead designers in both long-term branding projects and miscellaneous, time-sensitive design requests. The work will include both internal & client related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Required Qualifications

Applicants are expected to have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the field with a comprehensive understanding of the practical elements of design, this includes the following:

• Mastery of the complete design process, from research and concept development to ideation, revision, and final implementation.
• Proficiency in design tools commonly used in the industry like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and other relevant software.
• Practical experience applying established design principles like balance, contrast, emphasis, and proportion in real-world projects.
• The ability to work effectively and collaborate with other designers, developers, and marketers.
• Complete understanding of the planning, scheduling, and execution phases of a design project.
• Experience in client interactions, including understanding client needs, presenting ideas, and managing feedback constructively.
• Capacity to work with deadlines and under pressure, managing design projects from inception to completion.
• Capability of working within a brand's guidelines and how to contribute to building and maintaining a brand's visual identity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or other relevant coding languages to communicate effectively with developers.
• Familiarity with no-code design tools & e-commerce platforms like Webflow and Shopify.
