Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience (or a strong portfolio fresh out of college) who combines creative flair with AI-powered execution. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will focus on rapidly producing visually compelling assets for web, social, presentations, campaigns, and product launches.

The ideal candidate will leverage GenAI platforms and creative automation tools (e.g., GenSpark, Gemini, Banana, Fal, Replicate, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney) to generate initial concepts and assets, then refine and finalize them in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to ensure multilingual accuracy (Arabic, English, Spanish, Portuguese) and best-in-class brand consistency. This is a role for a fast learner with a commercial eye, aesthetic sensibility, and AI-first mindset, who can deliver speed and polish.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Asset Creation: Use GenAI tools to generate visual concepts and raw creative assets; rapidly experiment and iterate with prompts and AI workflows to deliver campaign-ready outputs.
• Polish & Localization: Refine AI-generated assets in Adobe Creative Suite to meet professional design standards; overlay and adapt content in multiple languages (Arabic, English, Spanish, Portuguese) with precision; ensure all assets are consistent with Grubtech’s brand guidelines and culturally appropriate for regional markets.
• Brand & Campaign Support: Create visual assets for product launches, presentations, social media, and marketing campaigns; work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints; develop and maintain templates (presentations, social posts, landing pages).
• Collaboration & Agility: Act as the design execution engine for the Marketing team, responding quickly to new requests; collaborate with marketers, content creators, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay on top of emerging AI design platforms and best practices; suggest new approaches that improve creative speed, efficiency, and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves

• 1–2 years of design experience (internships, freelance, or professional). Strong fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Creative portfolio focused on aesthetics, commercial sensibility, and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (GenSpark, Gemini, Banana, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Fal, Replicate).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to refine, localize, and finalize assets.
• Ability to work across multiple languages (Arabic, English, Spanish, Portuguese).
