Job summary

Rogue Fitness in Columbus, OH is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will take projects from concept through production alongside design, photography, video, marketing and UX teams.

You will work closely with the Art Director to develop brand-consistent concepts for packaging, digital, print and internal communications, build WordPress pages, and help shape The Index content with visuals that fit our products and audience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio showing clean design and brand consistency across pieces.
• Strong branding and conceptual design skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma and WordPress.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and collaborates well.
• Nice to have email marketing experience, including Iterable.

Responsibilities

• Execute design direction from the Art Director while owning projects from concept through completion.
• Develop new creative concepts within established brand systems.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and web, including modifications and file prep.
• Manage and organize design assets.
• Collaborate with the Quoting Team to design across products, from racks to knee sleeves.
• Design internal communications and signage.
• Build pages for The Index in WordPress, selecting imagery that fits each article.
• Understand Rogue equipment, its usage, and target audience.
• Track competitors' design, marketing campaigns, and social media.
