CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in a hybrid role to support our Corporate Communications and Marketing team.

You will help develop visually compelling materials for digital and print, assist in branding initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to tell clearer, more engaging stories. Ideal candidates are early in their career, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to client-facing projects as needed, balancing multiple projects and deadlines

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design engaging materials for digital, print, presentation, and environmental contexts
• Create graphics for recruiting, internal communications, marketing campaigns, social media, events, and business development
• Develop presentations that turn data into clear visual stories
• Support branding and ensure consistency across communications
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, recruiting, and leadership teams
• Produce print-ready and digital-ready files meeting quality standards
• Edit and optimize photos and graphics and maintain asset libraries
• Explore new design approaches and AI-powered tools to boost creativity and efficiency

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, collaborate, and create meaningful work that supports both our company and the important missions of our clients.

As part of our Corporate Communications and Marketing team, you'll support the development of compelling visual communications that advance the CALIBRE’s brand, business objectives, and mission delivery. While your primary focus will be supporting corporate stakeholders, you'll also have opportunities to contribute to client-facing projects and contract teams from time to time.

This is a great opportunity for a designer early in their career who wants exposure to a wide variety of projects, enjoys working with different teams, and is excited by the intersection of creativity, technology, and visual storytelling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

No two days are exactly alike, but you can expect to:

• Design visually engaging materials for digital, print, presentation, and environmental applications.
• Create graphics for recruiting, internal communications, marketing campaigns, social media, events, and business development efforts.
• Develop presentations that transform complex information into clear and compelling visual stories.
• Support company branding initiatives and help ensure consistency across all communications.
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, communications, HR, recruiting, business development, operations, and leadership teams.
• Occasionally support client-facing projects by developing visual communications and deliverables for contract teams.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files that meet quality and production standards.
• Edit and optimize photos, graphics, and other visual assets.
• Maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and brand resources.
• Explore new design approaches, technologies, and AI-powered tools that enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Balance multiple projects while managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

Salary range will be $55k to $70k annually
