Job summary

Pace is hiring an Entry Level Chemical Regulatory Analyst in the Scientific Insourcing department. You'll receive training and grow an exciting laboratory sciences career as you analyze customer products for regulatory compliance in a non-lab, entry-level role.

Candidates need a BS in Chemistry or related field, fluent English, and the ability to manage multiple data-heavy projects. Proficiency with Excel and comfort learning new systems are required; familiarity with chemical regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• 1–2 years regulatory/compliance experience in chemical industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Comfort learning new and varied computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory requirements for RM's and FG's across Divisions.
• Gather and review compliance information from suppliers.
• Assist in product-level compliance reviews as needed.
• Respond routinely to internal customer inquiries.
• Assist in data gathering for regulatory reporting and certifications.
• Routine interactions with internal customers and outside suppliers.
• Support multiple regulatory areas and regions.
