Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to start a career in civil engineering with hands-on training and mentorship.

Entry-level role with close supervision across field and lab activities, designed to develop practical skills and knowledge. Successful candidates will gain experience while working with engineers, supporting project teams, and progressing towards ACI and Nuclear Gauge Safety Certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but other relevant fields will be considered.
• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Must be willing to obtain ACI & Nuclear Gauge Safety Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field and lab activities under close supervision.
• Help prepare field reports and documentation.
• Support testing and inspection services as needed.
• Review construction documents and daily field reports with Project Managers.
• Take on special assignments and projects assigned by Branch or Senior Management.
