Job summary

Texas Sports Academy is hiring a Junior Full-Stack Product Engineer to build web apps and internal tools for K-12 campuses. You’ll own features end to end in a TypeScript stack: Next.js, React, Node, and Postgres.

We value shipped products, not school pedigree, and you'll work on real users and real features. This is early-career, with room to grow — if you’ve built a TS app end to end, designed a schema, written APIs, shipped UI, and demonstrated polish, we want to talk.

Qualifications

• Shipped full-stack TypeScript apps with a real database and live users.
• Strong product instincts to scope and deliver v1 features.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack features in a TS stack (Next.js, React, Node).
• Design responsive UIs with React and Tailwind.
• Implement backend APIs, data models, and database migrations (Postgres).
• Model data and write efficient queries; use Prisma/Drizzle or raw SQL when needed.
• Integrate tools and webhooks (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Workable, AI providers).
• Keep production healthy with logging, error handling, and monitoring.
