Clearstory is seeking a Junior Fullstack Software Engineer to join the Integrations team, helping connect our SaaS platform with the broader construction tech ecosystem. This early-career role offers mentorship, cross-stack exposure, and a path to take on greater responsibility within a collaborative, product-driven engineering group.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
• Exposure to backend development with Node.js, TypeScript, or Golang.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful features across the stack, from UI components to backend services and integrations.
• Work on integrations that are core to Clearstory’s platform and customer experience.
• Learn through hands‑on mentorship, code reviews, and close collaboration with senior engineers.
• Gain experience with modern development workflows and SDLC in a SOC 2–compliant environment.
• Use AI-powered tools as part of your day-to-day development workflow to learn faster and deliver better outcomes.
