Millennial Software, located in the United States, seeks an Entry Level Full Stack Software Developer to join our team supporting a Government customer. You will contribute to the design, development, and support of modern data-driven applications and tools that simplify complex user workflows and enable mission-critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering production software across frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language and one modern frontend stack.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs (REST/GraphQL) and working with databases.
• Experience with messaging/queuing platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Docker containers, Helm charts, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong fundamentals in version control, testing, debugging, performance, and secure coding.
• Collaborative team experience with iterative delivery and clear communication.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship full-stack features across UI, services, and data layers.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical plans.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and service integrations with reliability and performance.
• Implement frontend components with usability, accessibility, and responsiveness in mind.
• Deploy and maintain components in Kubernetes using Helm and CLI tools.
• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues; participate in on-call as needed.
• Improve developer workflows (CI/CD, local development) and observability.
• Document solutions and runbooks to support long-term maintenance.
• Follow secure development practices to reduce risk.
