Ravyn Inc. is seeking an early-career developer in the Seattle/Bellevue area to contribute to both frontend and backend work. You will work directly with the founder, receive direction and support, and enjoy a high degree of ownership and daily autonomy in a small, fast-moving team.

This role is hybrid, with opportunities to work remotely while meeting up for collaboration. Equity is offered and pay grows with responsibility as the project matures.

Job description

We are a TikTok Shop Platform specializing in market insights and personal analytics. We serve brands, creators, and agencies.

Looking for an early-career developer with strong programming fundamentals, a good eye for design, and substantial experience building projects of their own.

You’ll work directly with me on frontend and backend development. I’ll provide direction and technical support, but you should be comfortable figuring things out and taking responsibility for your work without a ton of supervision. You will have a large degree of personal freedom, ownership over your work, and daily autonomy. This job will feel like it's your own project, and that's the right way to think about it.

This job will be well-suited for you if you are entrepreneurial, creative, and genuinely strive to be the best. This will require persistent, good-faith effort. You should be comfortable learning on your own, and should be willing to bear a direct creative burden.In return, you will enjoy real personal autonomy, a working environment with no bureaucraticsubstructure, creative freedom, and you will be able to earn a meaningful stake in our company, which is already generating significant revenue despite being composed of 2 people.
