Forge is seeking a Junior Front-End Engineer to join our Los Angeles on-site team. You will translate Figma design systems into clean, responsive interfaces using Webflow, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js, under the guidance of senior engineers.

The role emphasizes modular UI components, CMS workflows, and pixel-perfect implementation across digital touchpoints. You will collaborate with design and engineering to ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability while growing your skills in modern web

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on front-end development experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with a mobile-first mindset.
• Practical experience in Webflow and component-based frameworks (Vue.js, Nuxt.js); React is a plus.
• Figma design-to-code workflow; inspect Figma files and extract web assets.
• RESTful APIs basics and understanding of SSR concepts to support dynamic integrations.
• Git workflow with GitHub or GitLab; collaborative development.

Responsibilities

• Build, stage, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js.
• Translate Figma UI/UX designs into high-fidelity web pages with precise spacing and typography.
• Customize Webflow CMS structures and templates with HTML/CSS/JS.
• Implement smooth UI transitions and animations using CSS and libraries.
• Optimize site performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot bugs and regressions in staging environments.
• Assist in integrations, analytics tagging, and documentation.
