platacard is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Antifraud & Disputes team. You will gather and document requirements for fraud prevention tools, translate needs for engineering and data teams, and support deployment of controls across products.

You will work with Operations and Design to improve investigation workflows, analyze metrics, and ensure documentation stays current. Strong English communication is essential for our international team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a related role (including internships).
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Basic SQL skills or willingness to develop them.
• Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for fraud prevention tools and processes.
• Analyze existing fraud prevention processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and development tasks for Engineering and Data teams.
• Support the implementation and improvement of fraud prevention controls across existing and new products.
• Collaborate with Operations and Design teams to improve investigation workflows and case management tools.
• Analyze operational metrics to evaluate fraud control effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support solution development, implementation, and rollout.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of business processes, requirements, and implemented solutions.
